Founded in 2018 by Jennifer Lea Bragg, PE, the J. Bragg Consulting team is comprised of qualified, experienced, and technically competent leaders within the industry, and we are providing project management, program management, design services, utility coordination and public involvement for multiple, satisfied clients.
