PROJECT DESCRIPTION: For this program, J. Bragg Consulting is assisting the County as an extension of staff for all other transportation projects. The program management assignments are on an as-needed basis, consisting of, but not limited to: 

• Selection of on-call firms for: 1) Design, 2) Right-of-way acquisition, and 3) Construction Management and CEI
• Logo creations
• Public involvement – in-person/virtual meetings, press releases, public meeting summaries, program signs, postcard mailers, etc.
• Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and SCDOT – coordination of executed document is on-going
• Preparation of grant applications
• QA/QC reviews
• Conceptual plans and project estimates
