DESCRIPTION: Since 2022, JBC has been performing stormwater QA/QC plan reviews, and these reviews have utilized the Southern Lowcountry Stormwater Design Manual. To date, reviews have been performed on 11 projects with multiple requiring additional reviews to verify compliance with the requested comments. This on-call is on-going.

RESPONSIBILITIES: For the third-party reviews, team members are performing stormwater permitting reviews of construction plan applications, Comprehensive Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (C-SWPP), and hydraulic studies in accordance with the Southern Lowcountry Stormwater Design Manual and the Town of Bluffton Stormwater Permitting Standards. Stormwater reviews included application evaluation for completeness, construction plan review, and stormwater study reviews for technical compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
